1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using 12notes Music Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 13 years or older to create an account; users under 18 require parental consent.
3. Course Access
When you purchase a course or active subscription, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view course content for your own learning. You may not record, redistribute, sell, or share course videos, materials, or downloads.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. User Content
When you post reviews, questions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
